detached villa is set in the lovely and peaceful area of Vale da Parra,
close to the beach, restaurants, and supermarket, with a ten minute drive to
the old town of Albufeira. On the ground floor of the villa is a
sitting and dining area with dining table and chairs, stairs lead to the
first floor lounge/sitting room which is comfortable and spacious with open
bar area, fireplace and satellite tv. Patio doors open onto a private
veranda with lovely views to the open countryside and pool area.
Upstairs accommodaion includes a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and
one double and one twin bedroom which share a full bathroom. All have
sliding doors accessing the veranda/terrace areas. On the ground floor
is the kitchen with built in oven andhob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee
maker, kettle, toaster and washing machine (maid service only). there
is also a clockroom/toilet. The garden area has lawned garden with
Palm and banana trees, 10m x 4m kidney shaped pool, sun terraces and
barbeque area. |
